This is a spacious, fully-furnished house on the spectacular Cambrian Coastline. It is near to four of the top attractions Portmeirion, Festiniog Railway, Llechwedd Slate Caverns and Harlech Castle. It offers a convenient base for touring the Snowdonia National Park. An ideal location for Hill-Walking (very convenient for Rhinog Fawr, Cnicht, Cwm Bychan/Roman Steps and Cwm Nantcol) or for Pony-trekking/Outdoor Activity Holidays.

Trem y Traeth (Beach View) is situated in a private drive off a quiet lane and is easily located from the A496. It is in an elevated location, giving a panoramic view of the Dwyryd Estuary with Portmeirion on the far banks and the Moelwyns and Rhinog mountains providing a scenic backdrop to the north east and south east respectively. The sunsets along this coastline can be truly awesome.

Less than half-mile to: Talsarnau village centre with public house and railway station. Portmadog is a 10 minute drive for all the usual town amenities including leisure centre, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, public houses (serving food).

All towels and bedlinen are provided. Beds are prepared before arrival. Lounge fitted with colour TV, free sat and dvd player, while Kitchen and Sitting Room each provided with a Radio/Cassette/CD player. Oil fired central heating throughout. Kitchen appointed with electric oven & grill, ceramic hob and microwave oven. The fridge/freezer and washing machine are housed in a separate utility room .

Upstairs - Bedroom 1: King Sized bed. Bedroom 2: Two single beds. Bedroom 3: Two single beds. Box Room: Cot if requested (stair gate can also be supplied) Bathroom(bath/WC/basin).

Downstairs - Front - Conservatory, Lounge and Sitting Room. - Rear - Shower Room (shower/WC/basin) and Kitchen/Dining area which opens onto patio - Outside - Patio at rear complete with table, chairs and parasol. Steps up to extensive terraced garden. Off-road parking area for 2 cars at front of house.

At the front of the house, there is a spacious conservatory (with estuary view). At the rear, sliding doors from the kitchen/dining area open to a patio , which in turn gives access to a spacious terraced garden. Please note that we regret that no pets are permitted, also that guests are requested to refrain from smoking in the house (for other guests’ comfort).
